The invisible sticker
Clear stickers are printed on transparent vinyl film. Non-printed areas are completely see-through, so the surface underneath becomes part of your design. On glass, the sticker appears to float. On packaging, it creates the “no-label” look that premium brands use.
We use white ink as an underbase beneath coloured areas to keep your artwork vibrant on the transparent film. Without white ink, colours appear translucent — which is sometimes the desired effect for frosted glass or tinted surfaces.
Every clear sticker is printed in our Port Colborne, Ontario shop, contour die-cut to the exact shape of your design, and finished with UV laminate for scratch and weather protection.
When to choose clear over white vinyl
Choose clear when the surface matters — glass storefronts, jar labels, water bottles, car windows. Choose white vinyl when you want a solid, opaque sticker that looks the same on any surface. Not sure? Order a sample pack and see both side-by-side.

Are clear stickers truly transparent?‹
Yes. Non-printed areas are fully see-through. We use white ink as an underbase under coloured areas so your design stays vibrant on the transparent film.
Can I get clear stickers with white ink?‹
Yes. White ink is available as both an underbase (for vivid colours on clear) and as a standalone colour. Specify in your order notes or email orders@stickercanada.ca.
Will clear stickers work on dark surfaces?‹
Without white underbase, colours appear muted on dark surfaces. We recommend white ink underbase for any application on dark or coloured surfaces.
What sizes are available?‹
Clear stickers from 1" up to 8" on the longest side. Larger formats available on request for window graphics and signage applications.
How do I submit my design?‹
Upload PNG (300 DPI+), PDF, AI, or SVG. Email to orders@stickercanada.ca with your order number. We send a digital proof within 4 hours.
Are clear stickers dishwasher safe?‹
With UV laminate overlay, clear stickers withstand hand washing and light dishwasher cycles. For heavy commercial dishwasher use, contact us for industrial-grade options.
