Absolutely. We accept PNG, PDF, AI, SVG, and most standard image formats. Upload your file through our custom order page, and we will send you a digital proof showing the cut line and colour output before anything goes to press. Nothing prints until you approve.

Die-cut stickers start at 10 pieces. Sticker sheets have no minimum — you can order a single sheet. If you want to test our materials before placing a larger order, our 9-piece sample pack covers every finish we print.

Every custom order receives a digital proof before production. The proof shows your design with the cut line, colours, and final dimensions. We do not print until you approve. Proofs are typically sent within 4 business hours.

Yes. We print on premium outdoor vinyl with UV laminate. Our stickers are rated for 7 years of outdoor exposure — they handle rain, car washes, snow, and direct sun without peeling, cracking, or fading. These are not paper stickers.

Our cast vinyl with UV laminate is rated for 7 years of outdoor durability. This includes UV fading, freeze-thaw cycling, rain, and car washes. The adhesive is permanent — once applied, these stickers stay put.

We use premium outdoor vinyl — cast and calendered depending on the application. All stickers are finished with UV laminate for scratch resistance and fade protection. We offer gloss, matte, holographic, and clear vinyl options.

Yes — coast to coast via Canada Post tracked service. No customs, no duties, no overseas wait times. Orders ship from our shop in Port Colborne, Ontario. Most Ontario destinations receive their order within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days are printed and shipped the same day. We ship via Canada Post tracked service. Most Ontario addresses receive their order next business day. Western Canada is typically 5-7 business days.

Contact us at orders@stickercanada.ca with a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. If the defect is on our end — wrong colours, cut misalignment, damaged material — we reprint and reship at no cost. All sales are final on custom products, but we stand behind our print quality.

Yes. Die-cut means we cut around the contour of your design — no square background, no white border. Just your artwork in its exact shape. We can cut any shape as long as thin details are at least 0.5mm wide.
